When you are scared and oppressed, have you ever tried to rely on your own schemes rather than trust God? King David knew exactly how that felt. Our message this Sunday follows David through his oppression, his foolish schemes, and, finally, his finding refuge in God's promises. Even if you are in the midst of your own foolish schemes that have nothing to do with trusting God, it's not too late to find your refuge in the LORD.
