Moses never forgot the man he murdered. Paul never forgot that he used to round up Christians. Matthew never forgot how he scammed his fellow countrymen as a tax collector. These men never forgot their past. But God did and he forgave their sin. Then he called each of these sinners to be ministers of the Gospel. The holy ministry is filled with sinners called by God.
